Do you deliver?
We do not offer rental delivery through our website. If you require delivery services, please email us.
Can I rent multiple items on different days?
Our system currently assigns all items to the same date range. If you wish to order multiple items for differing lengths of time, you will need to create a separate order per date range.
How long can I keep my rental?
Rentals are typically one to three days. For this reason, we’ve set the standard price to accommodate the first three days. If you wish to rent for longer, you may at an increased cost, visible on your order summary
Do I need to pay a deposit? Can I cancel my rental?
We do not require a deposit on rental orders but we do require full payment of the order before we can process your pickup. You may cancel your order at any time without penalty. If you have already made a payment before cancelling, we will issue a full refund.
How do I pay for my rental?
We require all payments to be made via email money transfer (EMT) to our rental email, rentals@mylavishevent.com. Our staff will verify payment before issuing any rentals so please make sure you reference the same name on the order in the EMT.
